Haiku
hanging on by a
thread that's unraveling
the sun shines on me
The first two lines,
" hanging on by a thread that's unraveling,"
were inspired by my anxiety/depression/ptsd.
Feeling like my world is falling apart all around me.
But all is not lost,
because there is hope:
" the sun shines on me,"
the sun gives me light, gives me strength, gives me hope.
Though I may feel like my world is falling apart, it's not.
Things will get better.
Because I have hope.
